From 23 April to 1 May, our director, Frédéric Moens, participated in an identification mission within the framework of providing institutional support to the University of Antananarivo.

This cooperation programme developed by the ARES Development Cooperation Commission (CCD) involves thirteen partners in twelve countries.

IHECS has participated in two of the identification missions. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Professor Élise Maas collaborated inthe work performed by UNIKIN (University of Kinshasa), and in Madagascar, our rector contributed to the workshops carried out with the University of Antananarivo.

This last mission made it possible to identify four areas of cooperation which will be operationalised during a next visit scheduled for the end of the calendar year.
