IHECSolidaire: opening of registration
IHECS is opening registration for its bi-annual communication training for refugees and asylum seekers who wish to develop skills in the field of journalism and communication.
European Day: 1st Edition
On 4th May, the IHECS International Exchanges Office collaborated with 5 other institutions of higher education to organise the inaugural edition of "European Day" for students who will embark on the Erasmus programme next year.
Full house for the launch of the 60/60 exhibition!
On 14 March, IHECS organised the launch of the 60/60 photographic exhibition showcasing 60 of its Alumni at La Cambre-Horta School of Architecture. Almost 1000 people responded to the invitation.
ARES: a first success for university internship scholarships
Last February, four journalists from the newspaper Souverain Libre in Bukavu received their certificate attesting to their participation in a three-month intensive internship at our institution.
IHECS in Ouagadougou
From 28 January to 8 February, Nordine Nabili, president of the PI section, visited the University of Ouagadougou I Professeur Joseph Ki-Zerbo in Ouagadougou as part of the IHECS-IPERMIC collaboration to concretise the creation of a citizen media.
For its 60th anniversary, IHECS is exhibiting 60 of its Alumni from 15 March to 22 April 2019 at ULB’s La Cambre Horta School of Architecture, Place Flagey.
IHECS International launches the IHECSperience blog for international students
The International Exchanges Office is officially launching the IHECSperience blog. This represents an opportunity to highlight the IHECS adventure at the international level but also to guide students during their stay in Belgium at at IHECS.
Completion of the INsPIrE project
On Monday 3 December, the various European partners of the INsPIrE project will present the final results of their participatory journalism project.

From 12 to 24 November 2018, IHECS had the honour of welcoming Professors Mr Dimitri Balima and Mr Lacina Kaboré from IPERMIC based at the University of Ouagadougou I in Burkina Faso.
